We design and produce curated food-led experiences for brands, events and private gatherings from dinners and celebrations to larger hospitality moments.

Do you offer set menus or tailor each project?

Every project is tailored. We work closely with our clients to shape the menu, atmosphere and overall experience based on the occasion, people and setting.


How do you work with chefs?

We collaborate with a curated network of chefs and culinary creatives, our Tale-Tellers. For each project, we match the concept with the right chef or team.


How far in advance should we get in touch?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for larger events.
That said, feel free to contact us even if your timeline is short, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.


What is your pricing like?

Each project is priced individually based on scope, scale and location.
We’ll always discuss pricing transparently during the planning process.


Where are you based, and do you travel?

Supper Tale was founded in Helsinki, with an extended team of collaborators working internationally.
Depending on the project, we work both locally and abroad.
